Job Description:

As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue generation for our digital marketing services and software solutions. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting them into clients through effective communication and sales techniques. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct cold calls, whatsapp & email engagement to generate leads and initiate sales conversations with decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and educating them about our digital marketing services and software solutions.
  • Present product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of our services.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and move them through the sales pipeline towards closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas, demonstrating consistent performance and results.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales representative or similar role in a call center environment, preferably in the digital marketing or software industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field is preferred.
